We deal with many manufacturers of RFID related components to customize the best solution for your project needs.
From NFC wet inlays that get embedded into your product label to hard tags for the most extreme environments.
All of the tags listed below are manufactured by Omni-ID or SAVI. These RFID tags are meant for harsh environments and can be mounted directly on metal items for outdoor use. All of these tags are approved and used by the US military. These tags are US military surplus and are all new in the box. We have deeply discounted these items from their original price and are selling them with no minimum purchase requirements. No minimum order and all tags are $1 each except the SAVI container tags. Product spec sheets available upon request.
Send us a message if you would like a sample of these tags or more details.
Extremely small form factor, optimized for metal substrates, can survive cleaning processes including autoclaves, and is compatible with typical finishing processes, such as dipping, coating, heat shrinking and molding for embedding into tools and other high value equipment.
Used by USMC to track firearms. Small, indiscrete tag. Up to 12' read range. Metal, Rifles, M16’s, small arms, Comsec equipment, medical assets and tools. ceramic (black), 3M4936 VHB die-cut foam adhesive.
A small form factor, high performance RFID tag optimized for attachment to metal assets. Designed as a global product with a durable encapsulation, excellent vibration performance with an ability to be deployed in harsh industrial and outdoor environments across the globe.
With its on and off metal read performance and low profile, Omni-ID Flex label is ideally suited to office asset management applications, including: Laptop tracking. Office and IT equipment inventory and locating.
With its high performance and high durability encapsulation, Omni-ID Max Rigid is ideally suited to manufacturing and logistics applications including tracking: Returnable transit items (within region). Warehouse storage locations. Rail carriages. DoD cost $5.83 each.
Very durable metal mount long range tag. Designed with heavy industry in mind, the Dura 1500 features extreme impact resistance and high temperature ratings, enabling it to be deployed in outdoor heavy industry environments anywhere.
Ultra long range durable RFID tag optimized for attachment to metal assets. Designed for vertical attachment between the ribs of a container. With a global RF response this ideal for yard management solutions based on handheld, mobile cart or passive RTLS based systems. DoD Original Cost $12.50 each.
Cost effective active RFID tag for various applications, including the tracking of shipping containers and other conveyances. The ST-621 features a rugged form factor design, and has a replaceable battery with a typical life of five years. The ST-621 has 400 feet (122 m) of range for wake-up, collections and RF read/write.
Active RFID tag for shipping containers. The unique C-clamp door-mount design places the sensitive RFID components inside the shipping container. Only the low profile, external antenna casing is on the outside of the container, which significantly reduces the risk of tag damage.
Here is a video made years ago by the military showing the speed of checking inventory over a large area with these kind of tags compared to scanning bar code labels.
